That's cool, Ive been messing around with Sculptris a bit myself. I like the way you got the Hard edge around the eyes, Im having difficulty getting a edge created everything is rounded. I cant figure out the UNDO control either. Cool work !

using a Pen/tablet? it helps a LOT!!! Don't use the "draw" much.. Grab and inflate tools mostly.. sharp edges.. inflate area , use the "decrease detail" tool then use "pinch" or crease... try them both in opposites with the "inverted" selected.. has a diff effect.
