Description

2015-03-14 I went to Grizzly Zoo last Saturday to buy some cat food. They had a one day sale on cat transportation cages for less than half price, so I bought one. Coming home, I placed it under the borrowed smaller one so Kitty could get the idea this was a larger box. She went straight into it when I put it on the floor in the hall, then again when I had placed it under the old box. She apparently approved of it. Today we used the new box. I took her to the animal hospital for her annual check up and vaccination. She meowed her way on the buses to the animal hospital, but was totally quiet when there and on the way home. And no scratch or bite when she was examined, got her vaccination and had her claws clipped. I'm really proud of her! And, I was the one worrying about how she would take things! Enjoy!

You have to wonder what the animals think about all of the strange things we humans do. It's a wonder that they accept so much from us. Love the kitty stories.

Thanks, Bev! It's one way of keeping up, and in touch. Kitty's lying here, looking at the computer screen. Very quiet today. Maybe tired from the mornings adventure. Nor do I know how the vaccination is affecting her. Looking forward to your next post! :-)

Lovely mate. Our girls used to do the same. meow on the way, silence on the way back. I guess they worry needlessly as well. I must say though, whenever we get the carriers out, they used to run ....

That's good, that Kitty was pleased with her new vehicle. Maybe she was in love at first sight, as I am very often in love with cats I meet. It is still my favourite comrade to have at home (after my husband, though:. D)
