Description

The tiger enclosure at Melbourne Zoo is massive, so I was wondering why they were hanging around the side gate! Then I realised it was close to feeding time. It was amazing to see them go from asleep on the ground to full attack mode in about 2 seconds flat! ZOOOOM is good. Taken today. imagebam.com

WONDERFUL action shot! Aren't they amazing when they run? All that power compressed into economy of movement. And like all cats, very keen on being fed.

A spectacular capture and zoom - they are like heat seeking missiles at feeding time!
