A shot of today's eclipse,I thought there was no chance due to heavy cloud cover but got some good views when it thinned a bit

The cloud was so heavy we didn't think we would get to see anything but I got quite a lot, I like this one best ,towards the end it got brighter and I had to resort to glasses and a filter, and sods law as the last bit disappeared the sky cleared and we had sunshine and blue sky for the rest of the day.

Excellent image. Where I was, there was thick cloud which lasted till two or three hours after the eclipse. :-( Still, I did see it live on an android phone app. :-)
