Description
The full title to this one is "Another Galaxy, The Queen's Guard a tribute to Kadaj15"
There is one picture that is almost universally responsible for me looking into the reality plug in. It's the image used in all of the advertisements. It's called Another Galaxy and it was created by an artist that goes by Kadaj15. When I started with the Reality Plugin this is the level that I wanted to reach. I don't think I'm quite there yet but I'm getting closer.
To test my skills I tried to recreate Another Galaxy on my own. I got close, but I didn't have the clothing models used in the image, and posting a nude version of anther artist's picture, in my opinion, is just rude. So instead I decided to play in the universe of that galaxy. As a tribute to Kadaj15 for inspiring me to keep reaching higher and higher I created the Queen's guard.
This is a 2.5k pixel render using 1 mesh light, and a tiny amount of IBL.

This is beautiful! I can see her guarding the queen. :) It really touches and humbles me, that you think so highly of my artwork, as I am still learning also, I can only say, is to keep going and don't give up. With trial and error and learning from great artists you can achieve what you want in your renders. p.s. Just looking at this gave me an idea for another render in the future. :)
