Description
At last today a blooming
Emerging from the snow
Where they were deeply hidden
Just a day or two ago.
They are Snow Bells newly born,
And are wonders to behold,
And though they are such tender things,
They steal vigor from the cold.
There are more than many dozen
That battled through frozen ground;
They have braved harsh conditions,
And emerge miraculously sound.
They resurrect the memory
Of a new Lifes rebirth,
And bring a welcome promise of
The greening of the earth.
