Thats really nice work. I like the bright reflections and swirling light.

It's not bad, but I would like to give you some help...your central focus is the pegasus, and it is blurry. The strongest driving force of your piece should be where you spend the most time, and a simple filter such as watercolor could even make it look better. Also, you have too much generic information running rampant around your image. Texture is great, definitly, but stars seem, been there, done that. If you did the stars yourself, take some credit, they ARE well done, please don't get me wrong, but talent like that, especially from a beginner should be expanded and taken on into new things. Lastly, I think on strong central theme, a color that is in everything, a flow, would definitly help to bring the image to life, right now it seems very staticy. Thanks for the piece, you do have a lot of talent and I hope I didn't bring you down at all, I just remember wanting help on my pieces as a newbie and not getting any....good luck and keep it up.
