Description

The Wine Queen is the representative of the wine of a certain region. The lady on the right with the green scarf is the queen for 2015 of a neighbouring village called Schriesheim. The princess is her assistant. This is another shot from the parade in celebration of the 1250 year anniversary. (and I still have more) Thanks for viewing.

Schriesheim! Thank you, I'd forgotten the name of this place. The missus and I planned our stop in Heidelburg not too well. No room at the inn, so to speak. Thus we headed north and had an interesting overnighter ... I believe our room was just above the stage with the band. Interesting end to a 12-hour drive.
