Description

Fantastic model - my apologies for not knowing who the talented modeler is? Decided to pay homage to the late Steve McQueen. The color is an experimental 3 layer mix borrowed from the Lola T70 number nine that Steve drove back in 1972, If I'm not mistaken. For the purists I did not have a Lightwave font to match the badging, but everything else is standard except the wheels, the paint, and I raised the rear-end a few inches to change the stance. I think Steve would have loved this car. It was a joy to work on & it is dedicated to his memory...

Very nice. I'll never forget when my younger bro lent me his supercharged Dodge Roadrunner while my vehicle was being in for repair. Holy Smoke! Thought Id wet my pants with this machine. Really, I preferred something more tame.

I had one !! I bought it as a 3 year old car for $1300 and gave it to my daughter later on. If I had it now, they sell at auction for about $80,000 dollars.
