Beautifully styled and precise line work. Your representation of her hair in two tone light and shade, is masterful indeed!

a full and very expressive portrait. You fill up the white space beautifully with the woman's hair sweeping around and down, and ending in waves in the lower right side of the painting. Her face is subtly tilted, while her gaze looks directly at us. I love when you use multiple colors: Even when you use more than 1 or 2 hues, you still create a powerful, minimal feeling. The hair is like fire, or like tall-grasses blowing in a field. You have stray strands of hair blowing on the edges. And the woman's face is intensified by those sea-green eyes (her corneas), and your usual heavy accents in black (around the eyes). Again, you've painted a face that looks at us from a tilted angle, and you've done so with panache. And you've given us only the head, while her hair sweeps down to the bottom of the image...Beautiful. A powerful sweeping portrait. (Yves, I don't comment as often as most other artists, but I spend an hour on just 6 images, so please know that I spend a lot of time, each time I comment...I just leave fewer comments. Also, I see everything you post, each time you post it. If I were faster at commenting, I'd comment more. But I'm slow...but I see everything. Your work is beautiful!)
