Description
What exact kind of daffodil I know not, so instead here's some random info ;)
The daffodil (Narcissus) is a national flower of Wales, associated with Saint David's Day (March 1), and also the county flower of Gloucestershire. Daffodils contain the alkaloid poison lycorine, mostly in the bulb, but also in the leaves (So don't eat them!) What, if anything, this says about the Welsh I leave for you to decide ;)
Looks best zoomed full size. Thanks for looking & commenting.
