Description
The sun was shining, the air cool but pleasant..... I decided to go for a walk. No great surprise, the promenade, well it goes for miles and it's flat, so easy walking. I've often said I like it down here because it's always different in one way or another. Today was like many other days though, no ships, not too many people about, the tide on the turn.....just a pleasant Spring day. Then it came, rolling up the river at a pace, we get this a lot at this time of year....sea mist, Liverpool vanished within 10 minutes, as if erased by a giant rubber. As I sit typing this, I can hear the sound of fog horns in the distance....maybe I should have walked down to ' The Black Pearl '.....then again, maybe when the sun comes out..

Very good photo! Catches the closed in feeling and the mystery of what's lurking out there, unseen. Reminds me of the fog in northern California - cold water and warm water meeting, generating this. I simply love it! Keep up the good work! :-)
