Great shot. Aren't they wonderful? We have two or three who live around our building in downtown Toronto , and I've been trying to get a good photo for years now. I've been known to walk around the neighbourhood with a camera and a bird-call app on my smart phone, with the cardinal call at full volume, hoping one will come around. One did come up to my balcony to investigate, but pulled up and flew away when he saw me.
