Description

I was in Ferndale, California last year with a friend during the end of the Kinetic Sculpture Race and this band was playing. I loved their energy and the fact they dressed in ANYTHING they liked!!

I love the trumpeter's hat! Great shot; it looks like you were IN the parade, which makes sense: a camera is an instrument too! Just not a musical one. This is so vibrant, and I can tell you were having fun.

A real street fair, visually, in the confluence of colors and costume, the mix of body-types (thin, not-thin, young and some older), in the hats--which are terrific--and in the line of instruments. There are even some kids sitting in the background---they look adorable in their costumes! A sheer delight, and great street shot. This is street shooting all the way. Love it.
