Description
Photo taken at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington. The print was scanned into photoshop where it was cropped, sepia toned and a small amount of noise added to simulate a fine B&W grain. No other elements were deleted, added or enhanced in any way.
Taken with Canon EOS 630 with Sigma 28-200mm lens on Fuji Superia Xtra 400.

Thank you ... appreciate the feedback. What's weird is that this was the last thing I shot that day ... in fact, almost missed it because it was down at the end of the parking lot near a bunch of construction. I just loved the barbed wire. Kind of sad seeing this great old plane sitting out there near piles of junk and construction equipment.

I have seen the restored Enola Gay in the Smithsonian which for years had deteriorated at Andrews. Some of the original builders of the '29 helped restore it. Do a Google for Nose Art. Quite a few sites have B-29 nose art.

Great way to start off your gallery Donald. As a boy, these used to be my favorite airplanes. Forget about those wimpy little fighters, give me a plane with some muscle! ;]
