Description

The CSS Manassas, the first Confederate ironclad ram, participated in two battles on the lower Mississippi. This render shows the Manassas with some other vessels assembling for battle. I was aiming for a simple scene with just enough additional detail to add interest. The sailor in the hatchway is M4 with Slosh's Navy Uniform. The ships are my CSS Manassas and the Hankster's CSS Patrick Henry and CSS Teaser. The smoke is from the DAZ Steamworks. The river is the Poser Ocean from Rubicon Digital. The wakes are from Winnston1984's IN Wavecutter. The gulls are from the SBRM Flock Formations.

Amazing! The bow wave, foam, sky and glassy surface on a becalmed day are all incredibly realistic and perfectly integrated with the Poser props. Great job!

Well done - it's funny, she looks a lot like a nuclear submarine.

... above the waterline. She's very different below it.
