Description
Last night I was clearing out some old artifacts I've collected over the years. Two pieces, which I haven't seen for awhile, caught my eye and inspired the image "Yucatan". They're small terra cotta heads that I bought from a guy who was from Lubbock TX. Said his Granddad found them years ago in the desert. I bought them for $30. They look Mayan but he said that his Granddad claimed they were not. Didn't know who sculpted them. So I offer you Yucatan--enjoy!

The Chihuahuan Desert is up around Lubbock, all the way south into Mexico, my Desert here outside El Paso. Seen Cave and Rock Paintings at Hueco Tanks just north of me but nothing else, no Terra Cotta for sure, lot of Apache and Mexican Indian Tribes like the Tigua, Yaqui were maybe Aztec influenced not sure. Peace

It's an impressing fractal to me, James, and has to be seen on zoom. Also its intriguing by the shapes, as the title-(name of the island), and I'm sure there will be a lot to admire on Yucatan itself too, such as the brilliant chosen colouring here, my friend.
