Beautiful, moody portrait. Don't know if this was blurred in PS or not, but it looks as if you've added a vignette and some Tri-X size grain. Anyway, if you have a PS layer with full detail, you might experiment with creating a Layer Mask and use a 30% opacity brush to bring back a few of the details around her lips or eyes. That would give the viewer's eye something to focus on. Anyway, it's a terrific shot with much character and atmosphere.
