For me, overall, you did a nice job on a pretty girl. But as a photographer, I think you should have had highlights in her eyes from a frontal light source. It would have added depth to her eyes, and given her more "soul" to her appearance. They look like lifeless lumps of coal, almost a zombie look. Sorry for the critique, because you really did do a nice job, otherwise.
