This is a range of photographs taken of my work from second year fine art semester 2. In this project I was researching into pattern, form and shape of images under the microscope. Through my research I loved the reaction people originally had on my work, they loved the interesting form and shape but when I told them what the sculpture actually was the viewers perception changed drastically. I was really intrigued by this reaction. Hence why I am calling this album 'Perception'. These are images are of my sculpture of the chickenpox virus and the common cold virus. Sculptures were made on the 3d modelling program Sculptris and were then printed on the UP 3d printers at the djcad make lab.
