The eyes are very good, looks like a frontal main light reflecting in her eye on the left from a photographer's flash or floodlight and perhaps a window reflection on the right side of her eye, being that it has a somewhat squared off appearance. Excellent detail, eyes look very lifelike, the girl is cute, too. Congratulations.
