Description

I am neither manic or down...my bi-polar is behaving...feeling normal feels strange,,,but good. My latest attempt at art hopefully reflects the above. I have named this,,,,,,,,,,,,Serenity Listening to Nick Drake. Thanks for looking and for any comments Strange how being down is also linked with the colour blue when in fact it is a calming colour Blue is a color that seeks peace and tranquility above everything else, promoting both physical and mental relaxation. It reduces stress, creating a sense of calmness, relaxation and order - we certainly feel a sense of calm if we lie on our backs and look into a bright blue cloudless sky. It slows the metabolism. The paler the blue the more freedom we feel.

Hey, is that the Shroom Castle? Gotta Love the Blue about it all. I Love the color blue. I prefer Blue Lights at Christmas instead of the others. This is a very calming peace of work and is something I could look at for long periods of time!!!
