Beautiful image, Mark! I know that this is a sacred place, but I must admit that, after reading your previous comment, I think the shapes, textures and color of the stone form a fantastic backdrop for a nude.

I feel a twinge just reading 'pretzel photography'! Your photos of this place are worth every cent spent at the chiropractor.

I am going to steal that way of describing the acrobatics we sometimes do in order to get a great shot. Sometimes I pretzel only to find I need assistance to un-pretzel :))). Thanks so much for sharing these amazing photos

LOL, it paid off! And as long as you can do the pretzel you're not really old! That's a stunningly beautiful image!

The natural changes of colour in the rock formations, with the change of distance is just phenomenal, almost unbelievable ... but that is, what makes this image so intriguing. I am spellbound by this kind of photography, simply eye-candy and rich in volumes, thanks Mark ! BB

I used to do that, now I just lay down on the ground...lol Was on my stomach atop a layer of rock shards just yesterday taking images of Mt. Baker. To this day my lady likes to poke fun at me when I'll contort or flop down to the ground in order to get an image. Always enjoy the slide show and hearing her say, "that one is really nice", all the while knowing that's the shot I had to do the acrobatics for. Call it self amusement, but I'll never tell her it's THAT image. Look what you've captured here What else can one say, when results are in the proof!!!
