Inspired by the song "Wildfire" by Michael Martin Murphey. Scene and characters assembled in Poser Pro... Imported into Lightwave for lighting and final render.

Thank you. I can't take all the credit on the texture of the horse... That is one of the texture maps that come with the Millennium Horse bundle from Daz. I did bump up the "bump map" a little. I think that helped with the details of the horses coat snap out.

Thank you. The idea came to me while listening to a country song called "Wildfire" by Michael Martin Murphey. Also it is dedicated to my daughter who has such a fondness of horses.

Thank you. I used "Dome" lights in Lightwave to generate the lighting... I set them for around 65% angle and I used three of them. One to help with the background, one for key light, and another for fill light.

Thank you. That means a lot. Maude is one of my favorite models. When I hear the song Wildfire, I pictured her as the character in the song. I used Lightwave to render the scene. It's native render engine is amazing. I tried to get the lighting to match the scene in the background, to help with the realism. My daughter has a huge fondness of horses... So this portrait is dedicated to her.
