Make one data center the most fantastic well guarded spot in the universe, the terrorists will concentrate on that one only, saving millions of lives, and store only idiot brains (i volunteer mine Lol) in the data center and make the installation of the brains irreversible --- darn, just realized terrorists have idiot brains already so I will leave it up to you how this will work out :) great renders!
