Description

I know this frog looks toad-like, but I’m sure it is a tree frog. It has the bulbous toes and the call of a tree frog. It’s preferred hunting method seems to be sitting motionless for 12 hours or more, and grabbing any insects that come close.

Just a little guy judging by the whirlyseed next to him.... He'd really fade right into the tree bark from a little farther away. Great shot of this neat little dude!

Great of you to have spotted this fellow. It blends in exceptionally well with the dead tree trunk. Amazing find and capture. God bless.

Excellent capture. The frog has really camouflaged very well.
