Donna Karan Gold is a lily amber floral feminine , which at first I didn't really like a great deal, but it has grown on me and now the bottle is only half full!
It gets four stars from the gurus Turin and Sanchez,who say that is easily an everyday fragrance which is dry enough for a man to wear without feeling too camp.

Perfume bottles are works of art and this foto is the reason why. I use mostly essentials oils rather than perfume and they only come in tiny little vials. Nothing nearly as beautiful than this!!

A typically strong presentation of a strong bottle, from you, with all your edge and other work, making the background like textured gold leaf. The reflection is undulated, like in water. And you have that divide between surface and background that you get without ever showing the actual line of demarcation. The red of the inside of the bottle is striking against all this gold and its variations. By contrast, your flickr shot is untextured, a more stark and traditional photo with striking golds, reds and blacks. More fine bottle work from you, Andrea. And you know, it just dawned on me that we never get to smell these: Your descriptions do help, though. I've begun to appreciate the many varieties of fragrances, from your gallery.
