La Maison mère de la Congrégation des Sœurs de Sainte-Anne est située à Montréal, dans l'arrondissement de Lachine. Dans cette maison vivent plus de 250 sœurs dont près de la moitié à l'infirmerie. Trois administrations générale, provinciale et locale y ont leurs bureaux ainsi que le Centre Marie-Anne Blondin qui, trimestriellement, publie le bulletin Le message de Marie-Anne Blondin et entretient une volumineuse correspondance avec les amis-es de Mère Marie-Anne. Cette maison est ouverte au public qui peut venir prier au tombeau de la Bienheureuse Marie-Anne Blondin, la fondatrice, et la connaître un peu mieux. Au fil des années, les portes de la Maison mère se sont ouvertes pour accueillir et pour recevoir les riches et les pauvres, les savants et les ignorants, ainsi que les gens de différentes origines ethniques, religieuses et culturelles. Hospitalité et ouverture, ces deux valeurs si chères au cœur de notre fondatrice, font parties de l’identité des Sœurs de Sainte-Anne. _____________________________________________ The Mother House of the Congregation of Saint-Anne Sisters of Montreal is located in the borough of Lachine. In this house live over 250 nuns including nearly half in the infirmary. Three general, provincial and local have their offices here as well the Marie Anne Blondin Centre which, quarterly, publishes the newsletter The message of Marie Anne Blondin and maintains a voluminous correspondence es with the friends of Mother Marie-Anne. This house is open to the public which can come to pray at the tomb of Blessed Marie Anne Blondin, the founder, and know a little better. Over the years, the doors of Mother House were opened to accommodate and to receive the rich and the poor, the learned and the ignorant, and people of different ethnic, religious and cultural. Hospitality and openness, these two values ​​so dear to the heart of our founding, are part of the identity of the Sisters of St. Anne.
