Description
... barely alive when I found it, about 18 inches in length, this little fellow has no signs of physical damage, but acts as if has suffered a traumatic injury.
I placed it away from a visual path of a pair of local chicken hawks, and doubt I can do much more for it. Reptiles have a remarkable recovery ability, so hopefully it will survive and help maintain the field mice population.
