For some time in their life, they were identical twins; they obviously weren't anymore. It all started changing in their mid teens. Terra discovered boys; the value of a dollar, and the value of an education; while Tammy discovered boys, video games, and how to cook. They were both very talented girls; it's just that their interested started to separate in their teens and personal interests led Terra onto better things while Tammy chose to go the path which left her with more free time and required less effort. Terra went on to college and did some clothes modeling, worked as an NFL cheerleader, TV spokes model, and local part-time news weather forecaster; Tammy went on to play video games, ladies night at the local bar, became a single mother, and found the best all you can eat buffet in town. Terra married a former pro athlete, had three children and is living what many would regard as a comfortable life; while Tammy is working two jobs to make ends meet, and given up all hope on finding her prince charming. Terra finds happiness in her family and the time they get to spend together; Tammy finds happiness at the all you can eat buffet at the burger barn somewhere between the third or fourth helping of macaroni and cheese. For the direction in life each chose, there isn't any ill feelings between them; never any resentment. They both always wish the best for each other, even if Tammy's child has to be the beneficiary of Terra's children's hand-me-downs. They are twins, once the same; now very, very different. Different in appearance, different in lifestyle, income, and even marital status; but they are still the same at heart, in fact still identical. I'm still trying to fully get used to wearing bifocals too. Hurray, the weather here is finally getting nice too!
