Description
Today was a very hard day for me.
I have to put my dog "Fides" to sleep.
She collapsed this morning and could not walk. The only consolation for me is that she has had a full dog's life. She was 11 years old. For a "Riesenschnautzer" this is a good age.

Oh, so sad, Christian. I feel for your loss, but as you say she was very lucky to live with you for so long. I do hope when you are ready you will give a home to another lucky dog. I've had eighteen so far.

I'm very sorry - we lost our dog last year - it is so hard even when they have a good life - it too short. Even though he is physically gone he gave so much love that it still remains with me. I'm sorry for you families loss.

Oh Christian, I am so sorry! I still miss my little one so much and think of her often. Your "Fides" will always be in your heart. My condolences. It's hard to lose the furry four-legged members of our family.

Ahh She was your companion and walked with you when you took pictures. You will remember the best times with her my friend. Sorry to hear this news. A good image to remember her by.

Das tut mir sehr leid. So ein Tier kann einem wirklich an's Herz wachsen. Vielleicht noch etwas früh, aber schon über einen "Neuen" nachgedacht?. Sehr schönes Foto, passt sehr gut.

Your tulips are wonderful in this light, and I see this is a tribute to your Fides; es tut mir richtig Leid das du Abschied nehmen musste, Christian. It's always a sad thing, when one need to take this decision, huh? But you will have a lot of good memories of your dear friend.
