Very nice capture as a cyclist, I worry about the fact there's no helmet being worn.

That's a good point, Mike! This is a part of a program in New York called Citibike. Funded by Citibank. I've also noticed that people who pay and ride these rental bike don't have helmets.

Why do they not have to wear the helmets then So you are in the New York so good they named it Twice on TV the crime shows show it to be such a bad place what's it like really
