Considering her weight problem, she must have a chronic sore back, which would necessitate lifting with her worn out knees. I've seen a few mountains like her and they've all suffered aches and pains (back, hip and knee joints). Now, I just don't understand why HE would want to photograph her bottom - so much fat and nothing else to see. Well, he maybe is a fat fetishist. Good work making her look as naturally fat as possible. Keep up the good work! :-)
