Nice start (modified KG V class?). The rust splotches would look more realistic if they weren't random - rust on ships usually shows where water runs down the hull (from salt spray and rain draining off the superstructure and deck and from the hawsepipe from water dripping from the anchor and its chain). The seams between the plates that were welded or rivited together to make the hull are usually visible, even though the ship has been painted. Also, the hull, from the waterline down should be a different color (the anti-fouling paint, usually red, but sometimes green), with a black stripe along the waterline.
