Ouch. You managed to capture this one a little TOO well. I like the way the deep shadows (aside from the black eye) and the really bright spots make her face look like you can actually see the skull beneath.

I really like what you've done here, especially with the eye, the sad expression really makes you feel that shes been pained, and not just by what has happened to her physically.
