Description
Flying in the clouds high above the tower the Great Eagle could see more Orcs arriving and that soon Caleya and NarieFah would be overwhelmed. This winged hunter knew quick action was needed and it would have only one chance to save them. Letting instinct and the ancient knowledge take control, the Great Eagle got into position, hovered for a moment, and then released its grip on the air. It accelerated quickly and the ancient knowledge pushed it passed the speed of sound. Water vapor condensed in front of it and the Great Eagle disappeared behind a growing cloud.
In the tower below NarieFah stared up in amazement as a falling cloud descended on them. Just before they were enveloped she dropped to the floor and closed her eyes. It struck with a great force, that felt more like a solid wall of air, and it pushed her down into the platform leaving her breathless. As she hit the floor a deafening noise, louder than thunder, boomed in her ears.
When it was over, she cautiously opened her eyes and what she saw filled her with an amazing sense of relief and joy. Where the Orc had been moments ago she now saw her Great Eagle friend and it was looking both beautiful and terrifying. "My friend," she thought, "you have brought a falling cloud from the sky to save us!" The Great Eagle flew past at a blinding speed and quickly disappeared into the distance, but as it flew on she heard in her mind, "This is all I can do NarieFah, but more help is coming."
Caleya and the Orcs around the tower had also been pushed down by the falling cloud. But Caleya and NarieFah had faired much better because, thanks to the Great Eagle's approach, the tower walls had provided some protection against the wavefront. Now recovered from the ordeal, Caleya walked over to the edge of the platform and glared down at the Orc that had been attacking NarieFah. The Orc moved and she shot it with her crossbow. Then turning she said, "NarieFah you have some very powerful friends with incredibly good timing."
Still a little dazed, NarieFah didn't answer.
Surveying the field, Caleya saw that most of the Orcs were down and looked stunned. She knew it would not take long for them to recover and decided it was time for a tactical retreat.

Superb light to represent the wall of sound; and excellent poses of all characters! When i read your last story scene before this, i thought "a meteor comes" because Great Eagle made his job in other time; so no possibility to a retunr of him lol But never doubt of the kindness of eagles.
