Description
Here's my ghoul. I have spent 5 hrs on it so far. Modeling is mostly done. The model is in two halves and is untextured. I did whack on a dogey texture just for this render. Will post the textured version in a few day. Comments always welcome.

looks like my uncle fred. Except uncle fred has a more redish tint to his skin. Very nicely done for a 5 hour project.

Indeed very nice!

Wow - nice model. Really like this character

Very good modeling, The texture is very uniform, is equal by all the body and it is not like the one of the original drawing but is a good work.

nice work so far! Is he modeled in that pose or is he boned? Looking forward to the full scene.
PaulCal
Very nice work Dan, how many polys is it? Look forward to seeing a textured version.
DanMill
Thanks guys. It's about 1100 polies on its low setting. It's a patch model so I can crank up the polies if I want. Yeah Kritter I know what your saying, but at this stage I have not yet begun to texture. Soapy he's modeled in that poser and I'll bone him up when the texture is done. Cheers guys!

Great work Dan, the head of this goul kind of reminds of the reborn alien in Alien Resurection. Its looks hellacool. ;) Cant wait to see it finished.

For some reason, I Believe this is in the 3D Studio Max gallery for a reason!! (MuTaNT Fork) Great work so far on this buddy.

What??!! Not Poser!?! You mean you can actually create models and texture them from scratch instead of inserting them and hitting 'render'? Wow! (note to serious people: this was the sarcastic bit) Great work Dan- especially love the legs. Are you going to work some flesh-ripping fangs into the gaping mouth? (this was the sincere bit).
