Description

... also called Oregon grape and selected as the Oregon State flower in 1899, this medicinal inclusion carries a diverse array of barbs (from barberry), fruit, foliage and yellow flowers which insects seem to enjoy. The taste of its blue berries is a little pithy, so I wouldn't recommend using them for a batch of home made wine :)
