Description
I feel very humbled by the glorious dedication to a man who lost his life despite his brave fight with Cancer.
I know only too well how devastating that illness can be, having lost my first Wife and Mother and two close friends from the disease.
I hope his family can cope with their sad loss and that their future will be all the more worthwhile because of his inspiration.

A beautiful tribute to Lars, with this woman seeming to create light as if she had the secret of creation in her hands. And you put lightning behind her, as if her presence created enough energy to make lightning bolts. And her hair is embraced by a laurel of gold, which is lit in several places by some distant light. Your branches take on an almost human quality---the branch on the left-bottom looks like a sculpture of a person, reaching out to her. (Like the sculptures of Brancusi.) Given all the magical people Lars put into his art, this is so fitting for him. I'm very sorry for your losses due to cancer...all of us seem to have been effected by this terrible disease; and to lose a wife and mother to it, in addition to friends, is a great loss. You gave light and creative power as an antidote. Beautifully done, a beautiful remembrance for a dear and very inspired soul.
