Description

A scoutship design, modelled and rendered in Mechanisto. I went overboard on the detail here (compared to my usual stuff) but I think it was worth it:-). Now of got to find the time to do the textures... The ship is designed for space and atmospheric flight (hence the jet-style turbines).

Good-looking model but I should take off the ladder and try to give the fins a more aerofoil cross-section

Thanks for you comments. I'll have a go at making an aerofoil style compound object in mechanisto. Not so sure about removing the ladder; It would make the craft more aerodynamic for sure, but the nose looks very plain without it. Any suggestions for a texture scheme?
