Description

"Girl With Book~Colorized" I colorized the statue from my previous post. One of the commenters on the previous post mentioned that the statue of the girl looked very lifelike, so I decided to try and color it to see if I could make it more lifelike still. This was the result of my efforts using Photoshop Elements 11. I used nine overlying layers at varying levels of transparency, as well as painting and color replacement. The skin texture is an overlay from HoBoBo's skin textures [ShareCG]. The white dress texture is from the K4 Angel set dress by Billy-t, as is the color copied and re-tinted hair from that figure. The yellow dress texture is from the girls_fr09.png tube by France, from KCTC. I hope you like it. This is another of the child sculptures displayed in Wichita, KS. This one is on the Public Library grounds. I especially love this statue because my daughter loved to read as a girl, and now my grand daughter loves to read. All the grand daughter wanted for her last birthday was books. Thank you for viewing my gallery.
