My name is Pete, I started using Bryce back in 2001. I dabbled for a few years then I had a PC crash in 2009 and I lost everything.
Last year I downloaded it again and attacked it with a new vengence. I do not do many scenes, my renders focos on the object created. My work is Dark and Dystopian and mostly involves metals of one sort or another.
Ive been a member here since 2007, lurking, looking and learning. The images I post are things Ive learned from all of you.
My art helps me escape the Madness of Reality
Enjoy.

Now that's what I'm talking about ! Awesome outcome Pete ! Very classy and quite expensive looking bike. Another Masterpiece to add to your collection .

This bike is actually flat black, and at the last minute I decided I didn't like the color. Rather than go back and change the texture on every Black piece. I used two lights to change the color. A Pale green at around the 2.pm position and a pale red at the 10am position and I rendered this with the gamma correction off. I was actually surprised when I saw the render. I might try this more often.

superb creation.

Excellent model. Like your information about the lighting. It really does make a difference. Most of my Bryce work for the last few years has been done playing with lighting for effect. There is something rather special about the achieved results this way.

I usually go with a neutral sky just so I don't get color distortions on the chrome parts. It really limits me sometimes.

I knew this was going to be a stunner from the work in progress and it sure is I like the radial engine on this one .Interesting idea about your lighting just what I like an uncoventional approach that came up good
