Description
Our recent move was from a truly rural area to a residential area in a small city with a population of about 80,000. But we're on the edge of an area that still has undeveloped land and a rural feel to it, which is where I took this photo yesterday on one of our walks. I'm hoping this area stays the way it is for as long as possible...

My town has a population of about 189,000, but we have lots of countryside all round us.

This is so beautiful! I hope along with you that it stays less developed. My town is undergoing a building boom -- BIG very expensive homes going in by the 4s where one nice littler home stood. They're moving 30 families out of a mobile home park so a developer can put in 20 mansions for over a million each. I hate it!
