Description
Bournemouth town centre. Scarcely Niagra.
When I was a child this was not so tamed and everyone paddled safely in there.
Now discarded bottles and road run-off render it risky.

I too thought the mono to be to the best representation of your feel for this place! The (more pathway, less water) angle makes it more bleak looking as well. Excellent shot!

It just seems so wonderful to me, having grown up in a concrete jungle, to have a waterway running right there in the middle of everything. I don't think I'll ever find it commonplace!
