thanks a lot! :) i've used the Carrara Portrait Studio Room and got some inspiration from the realism rendering video :) i just needed to turn off the gamma correction, somehow it affects lips and eyes on a negative way as they get washed out a lot. This mostly happens with skylight on and without a closed room, with the studio room there still was just a little of this issue

Excellent portrait with very realistic skin! It's usually quite difficult to render skin in Carrara so it doesn't look like cardboard, but you have very nicely succeeded in rendering a realistic-looking skin here!
