Description

I cropped the image and left it large so you could see how high the water is over the spillway( the lighter area). guessing I think I was about 700-800 feet away. so maybe the water is "again guessing" maybe 5 feet or more deep as it passes the concrete spillway. along the lake's edge it was nearly up to the top of the shore. Garland Road passes the east side of the lake about 8 feet from the water more May with two more days left we have had 16 inches of rain the highest in recorded history. last night we had almost 6 inches additional rain I took this earlier today the spillway is probably more than 1000 feet across. this is only a small section

There's definitely a lot of water going through there. I hope it'll stop soon.

Another 6 inches, wow. I saw on the news how much flooding there was in Dallas. Hope your area is okay.
