Description
This is my first (and very likely last !) image finished in DAZ studio 4.7 I thought id give the iray render a try out , as alwayss for me even finding stuff was hard i eventually found the sonemason folder browser through the poser files in DAZ .the iray lights I bought well thats anothe $10 down the drain i get error messages about missing files so I dont know if they produce better results or not.The render took exactly 2 hours which I thought seemed a bit long when I have a geforce titan graphics card I thought it would be much quicker.I think I will go back to vue and leave DAZ to those much better at it than me.
Thanks for taking time to have a look and thanks for any comments

I'm just starting in IRAY and it WILL take awhile to learn to dial in the lights correctly but I have had some promising results. I don't know why it took your render so long for such a simple scene. Adding skin tones and transparency materials is what really ups the time, not normal surfaces. You do such great work in Vue I see no reason to transfer to a different software, IMHO! (LOL)

Killer model.

I like that you can see way more details on this one, then on the Vue one.

Daz is practical for some uses (for ex characters) but, if you want to integrate different suffs in a personal worlds... Vue! I think it is the richest software when you want to shape your dreams. Interessant image but not my favorite kind!

Daz is great for characters production and animations, but Vue is much better for the scenes and rest! Great job btw. Love this Mech and scene!
