Jim's Camera work !

Jim caught this guy/gal taking a little stroll at the edge of the Swan River just outside our backyard.
We are privileged to see many of these birds flying over or wading their way up and down the river quite often.

We have a little wet-lands area just a block away where lots of these guys gather. They can be surprising noisy at 4am! But I'll take that sound over the back-up beeper of a garbage truck any day!
