I've started buying charity shop frames and then making a painting to fit, which saves lots of trouble and dosh.
This is from a photo I took of a Hazel leaf

There's many a golden treasure found in a charity shop, mum watches re-runs of "Flog it" and sometimes people are buying things for a couple of quid, that are making hundreds at auction.
