Description
I'm pretty sure that's a caterpillar of the Rusty Tussock Moth, but i've never seen one before.

another fabulous capture and correctly identified the caterpiller also called (Vapourer)looks so much better than the rather drab brown moth it will grow into,if its female then it wont grow wings the female is flightless with only vesitgial wings.your choice of background makes it stand out really well did you place it there for artistic purpose? as their not normally found on flowers
